great new video
@Bogt We had a Geo Metro LSI that was 60mpg and about 15 years ago. Today they are collectors items. People buy them and restore them to have a car that gets great mileage on regular old unleaded. The US market is just not same because of people’s requirement for big power? People test drive a car and will pass on one that is sluggish… Well, that’s how great mileage cars seem to accelerate, so what? Oh well, it is what it is. The $4 gas was helping for awhile.
@Bogt I understand that is because of the chicken tax. Great! Not.
@RooftopWind Nice to see that your getting an EV for local driving. It’s a shame that in the US it’s hard to find a economical Van type of vehicle. For example a VW Transporter T5 (Vanagon) It gets better fuel economy and it can haul more stuff.
Good luck with your business!
@Bogt When I put a 3 turbine system into it to make an installation with turbines and solar panels packed in, strapper onto the top, The (MIDSIZE) SUV is as small a vehicle as I can use. It’s much more economical that a truck whick would haul systems easier. It’s also much better than my competitors who need a CRANE, CEMENT TRUCK, and TRACTOR to erect their silly towers. I have no shame in my (MIDSIZE) SUV. I will be getting an EV for my local city driving. Thanks for your interest.
Is that gigantic SUV your company car? Why not trade it in for a more economic model or better yet an electric Nissan Leaf or something if you can use it.
We are interested in becoming food self sufficient and providing back up sources of energy in the case of power loss. We would like to power a small green house for food self sufficiency by a small wind turbine system off the garage roof that could also power us in case of power loss or shortages.
Hey, never seen this before, really good !
Stay green my friend,
Sharkie
Awesome stuff. How much energy can you get out of these turbines. Can a wind turbine generate enough energy to power a coffee pot or a water heater for a day.
excellant system,a freind of mine has a similar system which runs the pond on his fish pond..
ppl should use this kind of stuff more country wide.
@kurpieldarek Yes, agreed, the winds got to such fierce speed lately but actually I love it because I can really see how the system reacts and document how robust it handles bad weather. Thanks for watching, appreciate it.
@jes166 Thanks bro. I appreciate it.
