We have certified structural drawings stamped for every state in US available. These are documents we supply directly to the inspectors and we help our customers to get permitted. The permitting process is part of the support and install process as well. The RoofMill has a distinct advantage to get permitted because it's a hybrid wind/solar home wind appliance, not really a windmill tower.

Since there's no concrete to pour, no digging, no erecting of walls, etc. This RoofMill system is just an installation of an electrical circuit and some appliances. So, our RoofMill system rarely ever requires a building permit, only an electrical permit. All other tower based windmill systems can be hard to permit.

Competing systems require Cranes, Tractors, Concrete Trucks, and result in tore up driveways and lawns etc. Our RoofMill invention is neighborhood friendly and easy to permit compared to others.

Only restrictions have been if a customer has HOA (homeowners association) and or deed restriction issues, we simply don't pursue them. We do install solar only on some of those where it is possible. We support and direct all the permitting process for the customer and I actually submit to permitting directly. We are very successful with getting permits and grid ties to Utility Companies into about 40 different states now. Permitting is something our product and process is designed for.
