Maybe, I always like to pre-wire a few extra runs from the roof The rails would be easy to stop and start and have looking like were done at same time. Cosmetically I would say no. It will be pretty easy to seam it up nicely and line it up. You might chalkline the holes out, locate rafters or trusses and mark all at same time with permanent marker?
