Hi, Welcome Aboard! Sounds good and I'll get the instructions to you this evening. Well the ideal would be a high wind, 30 mph or so, so you would make the most power. They start making power at under 6mph. The energy varies with the windspeed. The cut in or start-up wind speed is between 5 and 6 mph. That is a mere breath of wind and won't even raise a flag.
