Install Costs for Basic Starter Kit, Rooftop Wind Turbine

Post by admin »

>> Sam, I would need Item # WE7-WTGT-700 - Grid-Tied Wind Turbine
>> Based on my zone, this unit would average 200-250KW per month.
>> Is that correct? What would this cost? Is that including installation?
>> I'm assuming it doesn't.

>> Thanks, Tony

No, install has to be done locally, No dealer in your area yet to get to perform it, so we support it from here by phone. if you became a dealer you would have that lined up for the next guy to either refer them, or contract it. Top notch install will run about $1200 for a kit like that. In many territories of the 10 states we are already in, there's local turn-key install resources. Like this guy in the article here Michigan Wind Turbine Dealer Installing Home Turbines

Without a turn-key dealer install, you get an electrician or local contractor to help. That depends on how much you do yourself and how much you pinch and save. Here's a post that goes over allot of that.
