Yes Jose, I can ship your 5kW kit to any location in FL FREE. So, many customers would have it shipped to their closest freight forwarder at the port and ship themselves from there. Thats no problem at all. Then you can ship to Costa Rica from there. I can ship a wind turbine or solar power system anywhere in the world. But it may be cheaper than having me ship direct to Costa Rica. THX SAM
